Approval Process:

  • Employee goes to "My Weekly Timecard" and selects a week. If the status is "Weekly Timecard In Progress" or "Declined By Department Manager" or "Declined By Payroll Manager" then he can see the "Submit Your Weekly Timecard For Approval" button and submit weekly timecard for approval.

  • If Department Manager declines the timecard then status becomes "Declined By Department Manager" and an email goes to the employee with the reason for declining.

  • Employee then can go back to corect timecard and resubmit.

  • If the Department Manager approves then status becomes "Submitted For Payroll Approval" and Payroll Manager can now approve or decline.

  • If Payroll Manager declines the timecard then an email goes to both employee and department manager with reason for declining and the status becomes "Declined By Payroll Manager"

  • Employee then can go back to corect timecard and resubmit.

  • If Payroll manager approves the timecard then status becomes "Approved By Payroll Manager" and the process is completed.
